This cutting-edge media agency sits high above one of the most visible corners in San Francisco’s Union Square was conceived as an “idea incubator,” Through a simple planning strategy, the space exposes the firm’s creative thinking. On a small floor plate, quirky transitional spaces are carved out and given multi-use capabilities while enclosed functions are situated at the building’s interior providing open space on three sides to amplify views both inside and out. The space is playful, open and low-key, reflecting the firm’s work style.
