Caldwell Snyder Gallery, San Francisco, CA

For their new flagship gallery, co-owners Susan Snyder and Oliver Caldwell purchased an infill building in the heart of San Francisco's Union Square district. The building's transformation began at the front door with a new 'jewel-box' exterior façade creating a prominent view into the two-story light-filled exhibition space. The interiors was fully gutted and reconfigured to house private viewing rooms, 8000 square feet of flexible gallery space, a new interconnecting stair and administrative support zones.
